Simple Design Always Wins

The goal of UX (User Experience) design in business is to “improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through the utility, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction with a product.”

People often overdesign their projects because they don’t want their work to look cheap. A simple design may seem like we took a shortcut without much effort to create.

However, making something simple is actually harder than making it complex. When we work on your designs, we even often spend extra time making sure it’s the simplest version we can possibly create.

We usually create three different early design concepts and present them to the client before moving onto the project.

One interesting thing we observed was that most clients choose the simplest version from those that we present. A less complex design creates a better first impression on us and we consider it aesthetically more beautiful

Don’t move to application development without a UX/UI (User Interface) well-designed, developed and prototyped.

Wireframing is a way to design a website service at the structural level. A wireframe is commonly used to lay out content and functionality on a page which takes into account user needs and user journeys. Wireframes are used early in the development process to establish the basic structure of a page before visual design and content are added.

Website prototypes are interactive demos of a website. These are often used to gather feedback from project stakeholders early in the project lifecycle, before the project goes into final development

Service design makes a service easier to use, more useful and more desirable for the customers who need to use it: the service user. Whether creating an entirely new service or improving an existing one, service design focuses on what customers really need at each stage of their interaction with an organisation.
